WTEC is the nation's leading organization that conducts
international technology assessments. During the 1990s, it was called
the World Technology (WTEC) Division of the International Research
Institute at Loyola College. In 2001, this operation was spun off into
a separate corporation. WTEC remains the division that conducts
international research evaluations.
