The BID Web Site was initially planned to be useful not only for English-speaking visitors. There are two versions of our web pages available for your convenience: English and Ukrainian.

The codepage of translated pages is Windows-1251. Please, adjust your browser settings, if the cyrillic content appears incorrectly (View|Encoding menu in Netscape 4 and View|Font in Internet Explorer). You must have Multilanguage Support for Windows 95/98 installed (available at the Microsoft Web Site). Cyrillic fonts are also included into the Multilanguage Support software package.
