Some persons
regularly work for WTEC as independent contractors. They do
not receive fringe benefits and are responsible for
paying all income and other taxes on their consulting fees.
Independent contractors also do not receive
paid holidays, vacation, or sick leave.
They are responsible for purchase of equipment necessary to perform
their job.
